Detailed information on the individual payment options

  1. PayPal
    You can pay conveniently with your PayPal account.

  2. Credit Card
    Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  3. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)

    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the SEPA direct debit payment option. The payment is made to Klarna:

    • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

    The payment method direct debit is only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com .   4. Payment via Direct bank transfer

    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

    • Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

  5. giropay
    Under the new giropay, German banks and savings banks are bringing together the digital payment methods giropay, paydirekt and kwitt. With giropay you can shop online easily and securely - uncomplicated, directly from your trustworthy current account. You can find more information here.

  6. eps
    eps transfer is a secure online payment system for consumers and webshop operators. It was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks to enable online purchases to be processed via secure online banking. For more information, click here.
